Most online classes lock you to one slot at ₹1,500–₹2,000/month. We give you 12 slots a day Mon–Fri, slot-changes on Silver, any-slot any-day on Gold, unlimited joins + pause-anytime on Platinum, and family-sharing on Gold. Yearly Silver works out to ~₹10/day — same coach, real doctor, no compromise.
Are the classes live or pre-recorded?
Pre-recorded sessions by Dr. Gaganpreet, Monday to Friday, in 12 daily slots from 5 AM to 8 PM IST. You watch from home at your chosen time.
What's the difference between Silver, Gold, and Platinum?
Silver — one fixed slot you pick from 12. Gold — no fixed slot, join any time, session always starts fresh. Platinum — same as Gold plus unlimited daily joins and pause anytime, any duration.
Can I change my Silver slot later?
Yes — submit a request via the Yoga Helpdesk. Before today's class → effective immediately. After today's class → from tomorrow. Weekend request → effective Monday.
Can I take a break from the program?
Silver and Gold members get up to 1 week off per quarter. Platinum members can pause anytime, for any duration. “Pause” means stepping away from the program — not pausing the video.
What if I miss a day's class?
Silver members access their fixed slot only. Gold and Platinum members can simply watch later that day or the next available day. The session always starts from the beginning when you join.
Can my family share one plan?
Yes — Gold is built for this. Multiple family members can watch the daily session at different convenient times. Platinum allows unlimited joins, ideal if more than one person watches the same session.
Do I need props or any prior yoga experience?
No prior experience needed — sessions guide complete beginners. A yoga mat helps; props like blocks or a strap are optional. Dr. Gaganpreet offers modifications for different levels.
How does the referral reward work?
Refer a friend who joins and pays — you get 2 free weeks added to your plan automatically. Available on all three tiers, no cap on referrals.
How do quarterly and yearly savings work?
Quarterly saves 20% vs three months of monthly billing. Yearly saves 40% — equivalent to paying for ~7 months and getting 12. Best long-term value: Yearly Platinum at ~₹450/month effective.
Can I combine yoga with a Diet Plan or the Wellness Club?
Yes. Add a Personalised Diet Plan to any yoga tier and save ₹300 automatically (₹1,800 India · ₹2,200 international). Joining the Wellness Club includes Silver Yoga free; you pay only the difference to upgrade to Gold (+₹200/m) or Platinum (+₹300/m).
How do I pay? Do you accept international payments?
