When does the credit actually post?
The day their first payment clears. You'll see your new plan-end date update inside the portal and on your WhatsApp receipt.
What if my plan has lapsed?
Referrals are paused while your plan is lapsed. Pending credits hold and post on your next paid cycle — they don't expire.
Can I refer someone who's already been a member?
Referrals are for new members only. If your friend has paid us before, the credit won't fire — but they can still rejoin any time.
