We have a compliance window of 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) to get your product delivered. We are constantly improving our delivery services and take feedback on the delivery delays, very seriously.
As soon as the order is placed successfully, you shall receive a confirmation email from “orders@punjabiayurvedicrasoi.com”. The order id is present in the same email. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you find that you haven’t received any order confirmation email from us, kindly write to us at helpdesk@punjabiayurvedicrasoi.com and our team shall be able to assist you as soon as possible.Â
No. For e.g. if your Order ID is #1579, please put only 1579 in the above Order ID search box.
It means, you have placed your order successfully. However, you haven’t made the payment successfully. If the amount has been deducted from your bank account but the status is still showing as ‘Pending Status’, kindly mail us the screenshots at helpdesk@punjabiayurvedicrasoi.com
It means we have received your order and the payment and we are currently packing your order.
It means your order has been packed and we are waiting for our delivery partner to pick up the same – which is generally done within 1-2 working days. Our delivery partner doesn’t work on Sundays & Public holidays.
The ‘Completed’ status simply means that the order has been completed from our end and your package has been handed over to the delivery partner. Clicking on ‘Track Order’ will take you to the delivery partner’s website where you can enter the Consignment Number and see exactly where your package has reached.
No. Sometimes, it takes a day or two to have the tracking ID reflected on the delivery partner’s website. If you face the issue even after 48 hours, please write to us at helpdesk@punjabiayurvedicrasoi.com and our team shall be able to assist you as soon as possible.
