Since we are dealing with perishable and grocery items, orders once shipped can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Valid Conditions for Refunds

• Although our delivery partners are highly professional but if, however, we face issues with delivery of your orders we’ll initiate a full refund and you shall get the same within 3 working days after the initiating of refunds from our end.

• We’ll also refund if you find anything wrong with our product but for that you’ll have to send us the pictures within 2 hours of delivery of the orders. You can contact us at orders@punjabiayurvedicrasoi.com for such issues.

Exchanges

We don’t have a provision for replacements as our items are perishable.
