It will be an online or virtual appointment and the details will be shared with you once the appointment is confirmed.
Step1: Once the appointment is booked and confirmed, you’ll get an email confirmation from us (please check your spam folder as well). In the same email, you’ll get a patient registration form link which you’ll need to fill at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Step2: Dr. Gaganpreet will have half an hour audio call with you, at the scheduled time, on WhatsApp for History taking & Prakriti analysis. It will be an open forum for discussion where Dr. Gagan will help you understand the root cause of your disease and the framework you’ll have to follow to treat the same.
After the call, a one month diet chart will be shared with you on WhatsApp along with the audio instructions on how to follow the same. You can see the sample diet chart here. Additionally, if you’re from India, you’ll get the ayurvedic medicinal kit at your doorstep.
Step3: You’ll be requested to share the feedback with us after following the diet plan for 15-20 days. If it requires any changes, Dr. Gagan will make the adjustments after listening to your feedback.

The charges are based on different packages as mentioned on the Appointment Booking Page. The details of each package is also specified, so you can choose as per your needs.
You can follow these steps:
- Go to the New Appointment page.
- Select the service (click on Dr. Gaganpreet’s photo)
- Choose a package as per your location. Currently we have one for Indian patients and the other one for Overseas Patients.
- Select the appointment slot as per the availability and as per your convenience. Please mind that the slots are as per Indian Standard Time Zone.
- Fill in the Basic details like Name, Email, Phone Number (WhatsApp enabled) and click on Next
- Make the payment as per the selected package via Razorpay. Indian patients can pay via UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card/Debit Card etc. International patients can select “Wallet->Paypal” as the payment method.
If the payment was done successfully, you’ll immediately get a confirmation email. Please make sure to check your spam folder. If for some reasons, you haven’t received a confirmation email after the successful payment, please write to us at helpdesk@punjabiayurvedicrasoi.com with all the details or whatsapp as at +918284002699.
